Public talk in Villavicencio

During a visit to the Llanos for a fieldwork campaign, I was invited by two research groups at Universidad de los Llanos to give a public lecture about bird watching tourism and its potential in postconflict scenarios. The talk took place on May 15th and was well attended by over 80 people. Most importantly, the topic was of everyone's interest and sparked some good questions and discussions. Meta has made some incredible progress with their bird watching tourism strategy!
